Someone clicked your call-link and booked a slot. That's the highest-intent signal in the stack. Bobb flags it immediately and logs it against their contact record.

Call-link click

Visited your booking link but did not book. Still warm. Bobb auto-enrolls them in a short follow-up sequence to nudge them back.

Reply

Replied to a newsletter edition. Replies are the highest engagement action after booking. The reply lands in the Reply Inboxand the contact's score jumps.

Hot engagement

Clicked multiple links across multiple editions in a short window. This behavioral cluster is a stronger signal than any single open or click on its own.

Website visit

Visited your site after reading an edition. Bobb connects the newsletter click to the site session so you can see the full journey, not just "someone visited the pricing page."
